OBR London Limited provides bespoke residential design and project management services throughout West London. We act as data controller for the personal information collected through this website and during our client engagements.

Safeguarding every commission
This statement explains how OBR London collects, uses and protects personal information shared with the studio online or during a project enquiry.
2. Information we collect
We only request details that help us evaluate and deliver a commission—typically your name, contact information, property location, project goals, household requirements and advisor details. Additional material such as floor plans or photography is supplied by you or your representatives.
3. How we use your information
Submitted information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare feasibility studies, assemble consultant teams and manage ongoing project communication. We never sell personal data and only share it with trusted specialists who are engaged on your instruction.
4. Legal basis & retention
Processing is based on legitimate interest when you approach the studio, and on contract when we are appointed. Records connected to enquiries are retained for up to 24 months; project files are held for the duration of the appointment plus seven years unless contractual terms require otherwise.
5. Security & confidentiality
We store client information in encrypted systems with tiered access for directors and project leads. Confidentiality agreements are standard with the consultants who support our work. Physical documents remain within secure studio storage during the life of a project and are archived or destroyed responsibly.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict how we use your information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@obrlondon.com and we will respond within one calendar month.
